A plain-language summary of how the ministry protects and uses member information.

Unfinished Business Ministries uses account information to provide prayer, journaling, Scripture, meeting-group, and member communication features. We do not present private journal entries or private prayers on public pages.

What other people can see

Public prayer requests can be read without signing in. Members-only requests, meeting groups, chats, and member-only profiles require an account. Members control profile visibility and can separately hide testimony and prayer activity.

Private ministry data

Journal entries, private prayers, saved verses, direct messages, group membership, and meeting reminder preferences are stored to provide those features. Authorized administrators may access system data when required for support, safety, moderation, security, or legal obligations.

Retention and control

Members can keep journal entries until manual deletion or select an automatic retention period. Members can download a structured copy of their personal data or permanently delete their account from Profile & Faith Hub Settings.
